John McDonald was born and raised in Sanford, NC and relocated to Cincinnati, OH where he worked as a Union Iron Worker for many years. In 1992 he relocated to North Myrtle Beach, SC and became a licensed Real Estate agent in 1997. Over the years John has gained experience with all aspects of the local and regional Real Estate market including residential, multi-family, condos, land, and golf course and waterfront properties.
