John McDonald
John McDonald was born and raised in Sanford, NC and relocated to Cincinnati, OH where he
worked as a Union Iron Worker for many years. In 1992 he relocated to North Myrtle Beach, SC and
became a licensed Real Estate agent in 1997. Over the years John has gained experience with all
aspects of the local and regional Real Estate market including residential, multi-family, condos,
land, and golf course and waterfront properties.
In the past, John has participated in developing large tracts of land, developing investor property
portfolios, and helping to aid many families in finding their perfect home or vacation getaway.

Lisa Gabriel
Lisa Gabriel was born in Albany, NY and relocated to North Myrtle Beach, SC in 1992. Graduate of
The University of South Carolina with a Political Science degree in 2003. Lisa has been a licensed
Realtor since 2005 and earned her Brokers license in 2011.
Through years of experience and specialty knowledge of foreclosure / bank owned property
management/marketing, residential, multi-family, condos, and land sales Lisa is a your source for a
local knowledgeable Real Estate professional.
